Describe Your Project

Provide a clear and complete description of your work. The goal is to help the jury understand both the idea and the impact of your project.

Your description should include:

  • Project Type: Specify the format your project follows, such as a mobile app, SaaS platform, branding system, or advertising campaign.
  • Challenge: Articulate the issue, requirement, or opportunity your project aims to tackle. Ensure clarity when presenting the unique aspect driving its necessity.
  • Solution: Highlight the design approach that addresses the problem effectively and emphasize elements that set it apart as a compelling solution.
  • Experience: Detail how users engage with your project, emphasizing its functionality, ease of use, visual clarity, and emotional resonance.
  • Philosophy: Describe how your project reflects the i.design principle by seamlessly integrating design and strategy to craft meaningful experiences.

Note: A single project category may not overlap across multiple subcategories; ensure each submission remains confined to its intended classification.

Your description must be written in English. Be concise but specific — this is your chance to prove the value of your work and highlight what makes it exceptional.

Measurable Impact and Success

Provide outcomes like user adoption, conversion rates, increased engagement, improved business results, or recognition within the industry. Concrete evidence is essential to help the jury assess the impact and effectiveness of your project.

If your project is a concept, prototype, or student work, focus on:

  • Problem definition & relevance – what challenge does your concept address, and why does it matter?
  • Innovation & originality – how does your idea propose a new or better solution compared to existing approaches?
  • Design process – show research, user insights, and the thinking behind your design decisions.
  • Usability & clarity – demonstrate how the experience would work if realized, using wireframes, flows, or interactive prototypes.
  • Potential impact – explain the expected benefits if implemented (e.g., how it could improve engagement, solve a user need, or create business value).

Video Presentation

Upload or link a short video (1-3 minutes) that explains the concept, showcases functionality, and demonstrates user experience. Videos should be in English or include English subtitles.
